@Blue Pencil do you call it white privilege when you miss out of a University place because of affirmative actions for non whites? Do you call having double the suicide rate of whites to blacks and Hispanics white privilege. There is no such thing as white privilege, in fact in the real world there is less chance of getting a leg up especially if you are a young white male.

@Tom Nowak no one wants anyone to feel sorry for them but how about all selections for positions in education or jobs be based on merit. No more affirmative action and no more quotas for women in traditionally male dominated jobs would be a good start.
