@MyNeriah firstly , you do realise these vaccines do not prevent contracting and transmission of Covid, so chances are if you get vaccinated then you are more than likely to lessen or drop the social distancing and hand hygiene practices, so are more likely to contract and spread covid.
secondly, by definition a rare disease is rare so its far more likely that you will know of your co morbidities and obesity.
finally, if your risk profile for covid makes a vaccine a less riskier option, then by all means do it, however , if your risk profile for covid is very low, then my suggestion is wait for more data to come out on the vaccines efficacy and long term adverse effects. This doesn't mean low covid risk people who are waiting for more data on the vaccines should not maintain social distancing and hygiene practices, quite the opposite.
