  1. aviatortrevor failure to registered as a foreign agent, usually means you retrospectively fill out the appropriate forms there have only been 8 conviction in 50 years for this so called crime. Tax evasion maybe 1 to 2 years.... Mueller’s team is pushing for 300 years. Do you really want the government to have this much power to throw one of its citizens into prison and then throw away the key.

  3. Josie M 5 counts of filing false tax returns, 1 count of failing to declare foreign bank account, and 2 counts of bank fraud where he fudged earnings in order to secure a bank loan. The last 3 supposed crimes are just paperwork crimes where no one lost any money.. The real crime he committed was tax evasion and he should be punished for it ....but 65 years is ridiculous.

  4. Josie M bank fraud means he fudged numbers to allow him to get a loan.. he didn’t default on payments so the bank lost nothing..

  5. Josie M you just don’t get it do you? He didn’t default on the loan.. the bank lost nothing. All he did was say a property he purchased was a second home when in fact it was a rental property. Getting imprisoned for this is like getting 30 years for jaywalking.

  6. The jury can’t come to consensus on a single count could quite easily mean there can’t come to an agreement on any of the charges.. Time will tell
