@Ross Carlson Trump releasing the transcript destroyed the Dems whole impeachment strategy as anyone with half a brain can see there is no illegality there and this is backed by the DOJ opinion on the transcript. Of the 14 witnesses none on them except one had even met President Trump so Yes, their testimony is hearsay. Sondaland is the only witness who spoke to Trump and he testifies that Trump said he wants nothing and he wants no Quid Pro Quo .

@Michael Finnigan even Vindman acknowledges that the transcript is spot on with what happened in the call with maybe a couple of insignificant differences . Now we’ve all read the transcript and according to the DOJ there is no illegality there. With regards to Sondland When questioned about whether Trump tied Ukraine aid to investigating The Biden’s, he acknowledged that no one on the planet told him Trump said to do this.

@Jennifer Erickson Vindman just listened in on the call and testified that the transcript was accurate. Now we have all read the transcript but more importantly the DOJ has read it and found no illegality in it. Morrison has never met or spoken to Trump and Sondland testified that Trump said he wants nothing from Zelensky , and wants no quid pro quo. As far his testimony on tying aid to Ukraine investigating the Biden’s, Sondland admitted under oath that no one on this planet told him that’s what Trump had wanted. As far as bribery charges , get with the times , that ridiculous talking point was dropped by the Dems along time ago , now it’s supposedly abuse of power and obstruction of congress

Well , the judge and the jury in the House was Adam Schiff , so if he couldn’t find any high crimes or misdemeanours to add to the article of impeachment then who is to blame for that?

I’d suggest it’s because the Judicial committee know the evidence that you thought was so damning against Trump is just hearsay, opinions and feelings of witness who have never met trump besides Sondland.
