Extremists enforce the rule that people should only get such pleasure hormones when bowing heads to floor in belief that pleasure hormones such as adrenaline, serotonin and endorphins is the presence of Allah, and remaining completely ignorant that emotional feeling is caused by hormones in response to external actions. Who would believe in their ridiculous religion if they experience these pleasure hormones at pop concerts and asked "why is it I get something similar at pop concerts that I do Praying except much better?"
