  6.  @jerrodwilliams6789  Capacitors operate on AC power. Current does not pass through them. They charge and discharge at a rate proportional to the frequency of the current. Higher frequencies offer less resistance. The voltage across a capacitor is 90° out of phase with the current. Capacitive reactance.
