  3. Some nuclear reactors don't use water, but use liquid metal as coolant, so they don't have steam explosions. The Soviets used liquid metal cold reactors on some of their submarines. Also small reactors (like on submarines) use weapon grade uranium/plutonium, so it has a possibility of a big boom 💥 not like a actual nuke, but very similar.
