The engagement colour coded cards are very specific about when you can or cannot return fire. Sometimes you have to stand and watch as atrocities are committed by evil people and you are not allowed to do anything.

  44. It is not about being fast. We have got as fast as we need to get and fuel consumption is mind blowing. 30 ltrs per min in the cruise at low level per engine.
