  1. I LIKE the rear differential carrier HOUSING! IT IS A SOLID ONE PIECE SQUARE that flows from the center section out to the ends by the brakes and axle bearings! That shows real strength! Not the usual cast center section and the Hope-the-round-steel-tubes-never-come-out-from-the-center-section! That rear housing looks like a Dana 120 Rear Axle, not a much smaller Dana 44 rear axle! That large gas tank is for a truck that tows a lot or carries heavy loads! However, the weak spots are the mushy looking rear coil springs! With all the rear axle strength, the front suspension with the larger sway bars, HD shocks and springs the obviously HD transmission and transfer case only to put wimpy coils in the rear? Come on man! The interior looks good and roomy, but the red seat colors will definitely need seat protectors to stay clean. So will the floor carpeting. Both my 06 Nissan Frontier and my 2020 RAV4 have aftermarket upgraded floor carpet protection. Overall I like the Tundra but it's to rich for my taste. I'm thinking about the Tacoma. I wanna see how the new Nissan Frontier turns out. Could give the Tacoma some real competition!
