I think, If North Korea & South Korean coexist peacefully, then the American will not enjoy billions of payment from the South Korean and will no longer station there which is strategically disadvantage to them against China. So, I don't think ever the US will free North Korea from sanctions and fearmongering. Hence I can't blame them, the North Korean for all those missiles and nucleus scares. They have the rights to defend and fight for their own security and livelihoods. Conversely, South Korea should begin to collect rental from the American. Who do you think is the trouble maker?
