  1. Vote for Change. I think the current COE bidding system benefits more for the rich people with money to exploit the system, example they can bid 1 million dollars but only need to pay the minimum qualifying price + $1, instantly guaranteeing them a COE. So I suggest the Govt to adopt the "Pay as you Bid system" so that all Singaporeans will have a better chance to obtain a COE fairly and squarely.

  3. COE is not for the Govt to reap profits. The COE System should be abolished. Every family [with children] is entitled to buy a car "if they want" [non transferable] and only those owning more than 1 will be very heavily tax. This is about respecting the Freedom and Being a Singaporeans Entitlement. Otherwise can be seen to be only enriching the Govt? at the pretext of control and there is nothing to be proud about for the absence and restriction of Quality of Life.
