  2.  Русское море  No it has not, stop lying. Firstly, most of the 25 million (not 95m) killed in the Americas were not killed by Europeans, but inadvertently by disease and viruses. Secondly, the high standard of living we have now compared to the past is completely due to people being able to start their own businesses and endeavours without the state controlling them. Go and read some books.
