  2.  @stazorm1  As someone who has done a deep dive (30 years) into foreign affairs /history, yes I do. I start with 3 small simple questions 1. What Do You Want? 2. How Do You Get It? (most importantly) 3. THEN WHAT HAPPENS? Tucker (and God Bless Him!!) is putting forth your basic Libertarian/Isolationist foreign policy position. I ran into it late 70's-early 80's. The problem with it is it is based on the idea that They (however They are) are Over There, We are Here. One of the problems with this is They, and their problem don't stay Over There. Because for (at least0 the last 100 years the world has become a smaller more interconnected place...and is getting more so everyday. Some nation IS going to be the dominate power in the world. I think it should be America. Because (for the most part0 We've done as good a job of keeping the world safe and promoting freedom as anyone has a right to expect. This means sometimes spending treasure and lives...think of the alternative.
