  3. Well, theres 2 or 3 banks that own all the debt and all of the loan companies. The racket is to keep your credit score low, keep sending you 'LOAN offers' which they approve which in turn tanks your credit. That way they keep you in 35% interest rates. Its a HUGE racket of collusion between Congress and a couple of banks.
