The reason these agencies are terrified of people like Trump getting into Office is because each one of these agencies were either created by Exec. Order or by some under-handed order of the Pentagon. Either way, Congress funds them but each President tolerates them. All it takes is for a President to take his little pen and sign them back into oblivion and they know this. If I were President that would be MY FIRST act, MY FIRST hour, my FIRST day and it would be followed with a MILITARY ESCORT to usher these people OUT of the gov. and then I would SEIZE everything going back 70 years.
