  1. Your body cant absorb Vitamin D after a certain age. Its a VITAMIN that is specifically for developmental years like from infancy to young adulthood. The reason everyone is 'deficient' of VITAMIN D is because your BODY no longer needs it.

  2.  @vikingslayer34  No, Im not kidding. Dont you keep up? You dont think its odd that EVERYONE is allegedly VITAMIN D deficient? Ya, SO DID some SCIENTISTS a few years ago who did a study. They discovered we're NOT VITAMIN D deficient. Our bodies just DONT need that much VITAMIN D after we reach adulthood. TRY READING! ITS MAGIC! )
