  2. Why doesnt the Justice Dept do its job? The only way that citizen's CONST. rights can be suspended is by declaring MARTIAL LAW. Only THEN do 'ORDERS' become elevated with ratified LAWS. Short of Martial Law ORDERS are just suggestions. How are they going to INDICT people when NO LAWS have been broken? You cant INDICT based on an ORDER. There is ZERO LAW to back it up and the LAW of the land RESTRICTS such practice. WE THE PEOPLE better get back to being THE GOV. or were in trouble!
