  1. The real problem is? It doesn't cost a million dollars to make 1 of those missiles. ALL contractors gouge the Gov. which is why Gov. officials position themselves to get kick-backs. Our Deficit issue in military spending is due to GOUGING that is encouraged by the Gov. itself. We could make the same missile for less around $150K. Thats how much WE are being gouged.
