  1. In the mid 90s I would have invested heavily in Russia & made its gov. my best friend. I would have partnered with Russia. They are the lynchpin to stabilizing China, N.Korea, Iran & Turkey (whos presence in NATO regarding Russia's absence makes 0 sense).
