One of the Minor Framers of the Const. warned that our Judicial Branch was a wildcard and that not having significant checks and balances for the Judicial System meant that if tyranny ever took hold its the Judicial Branch that would be weaponized to accomplish this. Here we are. The smaller voice was right.
