  4.  @texaskippen  When I first moved to Dallas I had an older couple from Nigeria who were in one of my Depts. Two of the most beautiful human beings I've ever met in my life. When they left to move to FL. it grieved me to see them go. They were always happy and at peace.

  7. You can't look at it that way. You can't 'BACK the BLUE.' Its a generalization that has no impact on serving officer who do their jobs with Integrity. However, it emboldens those who don't. It only emboldens bad actors. When our local community started that non-sense 6 years ago I tried to explain that to the City Council. They didn't want to listen. The next time I approached them I had specific examples from their own city. Leadership isn't about listening after the fact. It's about seeing BEFOREhand & changing the future.
