  1. Well, its illegal. They want you to THINK you can't sue. You can still sue. There is nothing you can sign that states 'You cant sue' that legally binds you from suing. Its intended to do 1 thing. Make you BELIEVE you can't sue. Trust me. You can STILL SUE.

  3.  @ivareskesner2019  The reason most contracts are not legally binding is simply because they are incomprehensible. I had 2 lawyers in my family who both practiced and taught in Law schools. The way contracts are put together are not intended to avoid future lawsuit but rather to obscure present knowledge. Its about what happens between the signing of the contract and the exchange of money and assets. You're just trying to get as much as you can while you can and you hope the person on the short end of that stick is psychological mindfk'd by the idea of a CONTRACT.
