  1. I can tell you from experience in Christian Univs who basically have done this same thing to ensure students abided by their morality pledges. These 'ambassadors' become a cabal where they use their 'power' to excuse their friends and their friend's friends & to use the 'rules' to make people pay for things completely unrelated to COVID. Its like we're throwing away EVERYTHING we know about human psychology. ALL POWER CORRUPTS.
