@jeffreymarshall4572 They do work both ways. You cannot hire or fire based on race, religion or gender. These LAWS exist and they exist so employers don't HIRE or NOT HIRE or FIRE based on race or gender, etc.

@weblightstudio8215 Actually, the Biden Admin could be sued because Biden announced he appointed her because of her race and gender. This is against FEDERAL LAW. You can't HIRE or NOT HIRE or FIRE based on any of these parameters.
