  1. There ABSOLUTELY IS a 1st Amendment protection WHEN that company is OPERATING in U.S. Territory whether it be REAL or VIRTUAL. Those SERVES sit on U.S. soil subsidized by TAX PAYERs money. As long as they are HOSTING conversations between U.S. CITIZENS and that company is OPERATING from the US then the 1st Amendment ABSOLUTELY applies. You cannot say 'Oh, theyre a private company the Constitution doesnt apply' because then the extension of that is NO FEDERAL LAWS apply. Its not intellectually tenable.
