  1. Wait a minute. Anectodal is NOT the opposite of 'being done in a controlled clinical trial.' Anecdotal is basically useless hearsay. From what I understand the results from using the Malaria drug are a QUITE a bit more than anecdotal. If it so happens that the Malaria drug turns out to be THE go-to drug this guys not going to have a job and his precious credibility is going to be smashed like a dislike button on CNNs youtube videos.
