They use a military ballot which is converted by hand when they get to the states. They were converting these ballots and changing the votes from Trump to Biden and the Pentagon was behind the whole thing.

They were vote canvasing and harvesting. It means you show up with a ballot and ask a person 'How do you want to vote?' They tell you and then YOU mark the person down whom the PARTY wishes them to vote for. This is a VOTING FRONT. Thats all.
