  1. They answer or they sit in jail. That needs to be THE RULE. You don't want to answer? Fine. You'll go sit in jail. In a Grand Jury trial if you don't plead the 5th at the very beginning you cannot plead it later. The minute you answer the FIRST inquiry it is viewed as waiving your 5th Amendment right and you either answer or you sit in a cell until you do. MUST be the same for hearings in Congress

Their POWERs are Un-Constitutional.We tolerated it the first time, ONE time and we're forever stuck with it. Thats you have to STOP it as it emerges. You can't and say 'We'll get it next time round.'
