It stipulates special provisions in SUB-SECTION 2 - "However, an individual less than 18 years of age may possess a firearm without a hunting license" This provision is given for target practice on a firing range which is EXACTLY why the gun was GIVEN. For involuntary manslaughter charges in Michigan there MUST be something that could have DIRECTLY been done to PREVENT not just THE CRIME but the MOTIVE, MEANS and OPPORTUNITY that RESULTED in the CRIME. I could defend this case in my sleep and make this D.A. look like a clown in front of the world which needs to happen because this is BACKLASH against what happened in Kentucky.
