  1. Design a power plant. Find a problem, add something to fix it. That causes another problem, add another part. Process continues forever. For example see the F4 Phantom. Not stable enough so tip the wingtip up. That causes the tail to be funny so tip the tailplanes down. The plane is proof that you can make a brick fly if you apply enough power.
