@Matt-en3mv the fact that people living in nato countries think they play a key role in free trade and human rights, while thousands of penniless people are dying in your shores is nothing short of delusional. Maybe travel outside europe a bit? Gain some perspective about how much free trade and human rights exist on the other parts of the planet?

@Matt-en3mv funny, considering nato countries impose the most sanctions on trade than any other alliance. even in places they do want free trade, that freedom ends as soon as the goods cross the border. Have you ever checked how many people can actually access those products? this is why indian politics favours russia over germany. Very few people will be able to access a mercedes. But most of them will need cheap fuel and grain. and they are the bigger votebank. Every single drowned corpse in the mediterranean is an example for democracies. idk what rights you think you are encouraging, but they seem to stop at your borders. those people arent coming from saudi arabia,china or russia. they are coming from cameroon,senegal and ivory coast, all democracies. needless to say, the examples do not encourage anyone else.
