  3.  @Samuel-ft9hq  the UN simply pretends to not know. Because then they will have to answer why they do not allow the moderate civilians to leave and immigrate. Its a racial factor and they are well aware of it, they simply cant say it out loud.

  4. and how can they engage in talks? their leader is inside gaza with a communication blockade in place. whatever the delegation in qatar or cairo decides, they have no authority to implement it.

But do not think for a moment that they have any say in whatever sinwar decides at the ground level. he still has at least 15,000 devoted troops in the field. what will the qatar delegation do about them?
