Israel's policies enhance socioeconomic development of one population at the expense of another. Palestinians experience racial discrimination in many spheres of life (education, cultural development, housing, legal status etc.).

@maheshdatwani59 During the Great March of Return (2018–2019), Palestinians asked for an end to the Israeli blockade of Gaza and the right of return for refugees. Demonstrations lasted 1 year, 8 months, 3 weeks and 6 days. Many demonstrators were hit with live ammunition. More than 200 Palestinians were killed (including 46 children). Over 36,100 people were injured (nearly 8,800 children). Israeli forces attacked journalists (2 killed, 173 injured).

Yasmin Porat survived October 7th and she stated that IDF killed Israeli captives (Haboker Hazeh radio program on 15 October 2023).
