  1. Every country in the EU is making some claim it is supplying some weapon that will be a game changer. There is no game changer. Russia has taken the industrial heartland, and the Black Sea blockade is squuezing Ukraine's remaining source of revenue, its agriculture. Ukraine's goose is cooked. But the pretence has to be kept up that Ukraine is getting back Crimea.
