  1. Wish I could wrap my arms about that baby & keep her in this world. She needed more support & love than she got. If someone is talking about suicide, believe them & reach out for the help they need. If you're thinking of suicide, please stay. It can get better & you can even help others because you know what it's like. It can be hard to fix it for yourself, but if you help someone else, before you know it, you'll feel lifted, too. Please don't let pain be your legacy. Reach out for help & if someone doesn't take it seriously, someone else will. That person just might not have the capacity to comprehend that pain or know what to do. Find someone who does & make it to see the sunrise tomorrow. It's a bad time, it will ONLY be a bad life if you stop here. Keep going, don't stop. 💙
