  1. There are honest businesses. But they are small businesses. Cuz to get to this scale with so many dealerships you need govt approval getting loans, property zoning, permits...... Which means you need to have someone with clout backing you up... Which means lots of money under the table. That's how it works in China

  2. You may have to recover your deposit in court, but at least you won't have to pay the bank for a non existent car. In China people are paying mortgage on property that are non existent...
