Anyone who has touched software updates in large companies know that you don't do a major roll out without first testing it on a smaller scale and have a roll back plan in place. The fact that Rogers has made Catastrophic software updates an annual event means: 1. They are incompetent 2. They have no business being in business 3. They have been hacked and won't own up to it and this is just another cover up
