@Lockedinjae - I don't like artificial safe spaces, either. The law, if not basic respect for how to act in that setting make it a safe space. Nobody would be upset if Will Smith had simply pulled Chris Rock aside after the show and explained how it upset him and his wife. I doubt Chris Rock's response to that would have led to a fist fight, but rather a sincere apology.

So, who thinks this was a PR stunt, and who doesn't? I really think either way is equally possible. They're talking about charging Will Smith with assault or battery. If it was a stunt, would that be his defense in court? Couldn't they just get an actress to whip out her tittie?
