  1. Trump's COVID-19 response has been a complete failure, and will go down in history such. Full stop. Yes, he lied and deceived. Yes, there was much more he could have done, and even more he could have REFRAINED from doing. To say stopping some flights from China was a heroic, major step is like saying that clocking in to work and leaving after ten minutes is working a full day. Most of the world handled it much better, and we see the proof. That isn't up for debate. We have proof on tape that Trump consciously deceived us. Again, not up for debate. He blamed China, but he did much less than they did. He ignored and REFUTED expert advice. He pushed conspiracy theories and quack cures. He manipulated data. He removed social distance stickers from seats at rallies. He broke local laws to hold those rallies, which is infuriatingly disrespectful. And once again, upon being proven wrong, he is doubling down on the behavior because he is a contrarian with ODD who is literally incapable of admitting, even to himself, that he screwed up. If ANY aspect of ANY crisis reflects poorly on him, he will lie. He always has, and always will.
