  1. I must be an outlier here as I've used a lot of gym routines from V-Shred & have made quick & noticeable gains. I've never bought the Kool-aid so I can't vouch for that, it seemed to me like snake oil. Anyway, I'm still watching (& learning) V-Shred as I find it very helpful, informative & very useful. Sure there are a ton of YouTube gym meatheads out there I could watch but IMHO their videos...well...kinda suck. V-Shred, at least for me, works. Just no thank you to the Kool-aid. YMMV
