  1. The HOA can’t tell you you can’t walk your dog on the street. The street is city property and no hoa law would apply. Plus the neighborhood can’t say what the dead woman knows. They don’t know if she knew there was alligators out there. Obviously if she did she wouldn’t have walked the dog that close.
