Law Enforcement has high technologies such as facial recognition systems and can identify victims even if they're wearing face masks because of mannerisms and the way they walk. Cameras are everywhere and can read license plates. The integrity of American's 4th amendment rights, among others must be aggressively preserved because of the internet and the Globalist Cabal that wants information on everyone for social credit scores and their own nefarious agendas.
