  1. At least those Ukrainians have Fallout Shelter from their Government. US Citizens haven't had Fall out shelters since the days of John F Kennedy and Marilyn Monroe. The US Government doesn't care about the American people nowadays. They even let possible Terrorists walk right into the USA thru Mexico.
