  1. Great video but one country i would not recommended is latvia which has been a country renegging residence documents in the past. Most of the Baltic countries are decent as transitory countries but not sure I would trust these countries with large sums of money. This is not Just the issue of Latvia but usa coming in and imposing their ways on the banking system in the Baltic countries. Certainly if Latvia broke from EU country I would have more faith in this system. If it was a small nominal amount in a latvia bank to maintain an account would work fine.
