According to TFI global that was not zuluchniy they cited 3things to back this up 1 military officers never wave at camera operators, 2 he never spoke 3 I thought this one was the most important one his eye color was not that of the real Zaluhiny they had a photo of zuluchniy and his eye color did not match.
