I have worked with a number of amazing professional women but a percentage of women take a different path in life that is far less likely to put you in Congress and for some strange reason leads to less female welders too.

Apparently you have an agenda that you're trying to push but the numbers do not back you up and you can quote all the miscellaneous statistics you want the only one that matters is how many black people there are and is that increasing or decreasing. For the record I can do more complicated math in my head then you can do at all.
