  1. My daughter currently has an American passport and she will be eligible for a Chinese passport when she turns 18. I think I will leave any decisions about her status up to her, though.

  2.  @MiaogisTeas  so I wouldn't confuse too many people, I didn't point out it's a Hong Kong passport. It can be held with other passports and would make it easier for my daughter to visit her great grandparents in Beijing.
