@Nubbe999 The UK Govt. supported anti ISIS measures, but then prosecuted fighters who returned from fighting AGAINST ISIS. Your assumption in the comments means nothing, we need clear legal guarantees, from officials, to leave. Simple as that. Messages have been mixed and no one would happily volunteer if them or their families are at risk of prosecution. Yes, it is against the law, but the Foreign Office encouraged signing up. HENCE, WHY WE NEED A CLEAR, BINDING, ANNOUNCEMENT. Volunteers are ready to go but need a legal assurance. Pull your finger out UK Govt!
