  13. The tax cut for the so called "rich" would have raised 2 billion, whoopee doo. The problem is not how we raise taxes but how those taxes pay off our debts. The handouts of £500 billion contunues. Time to cut UC, shave the civil service down to pre covid levels. Poverty is a choice, stop bailing the idle out.
