  5. Starmer lies, billions paid out. He has no plan how to deal with problem. When challenged that his arithmetic didnt add up he ducked it. Dishonest. Not sure why house insualtion is the answer, it helps, but wont stop the house getting cold. Cavity wall inuslation can be dodgy, he doesnt seem to understand this. If he is going on about roof insulation, why should the tax payer cough for that?
